Can Macbook 12" run NEC MultiSync PA271W-BK panel

Hi All

Does anyone know if its possible to connect my new MacBook 12" to NEC display panel MultiSync PA271W-BK?

As the MacBook only has one port I'm using an Apple multi adapter to HDMI cable to a DisplayPort- HDMI adaptor to the panel. The panel doesn't have a HDMI input,(it only has DisplatPort or DVI).

MacBook is running on the latest version of El Capitan

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
